On a daily basis we receive a list of the previous days enquiries, a personalised letter is printed and posted with the appropriate brochure to the enquirer. In addition confirmation letters of appointments and details of locations are also sent on a follow up basis. This is in addition to the initial e mail generated from the website thus giving Harley Medical an additional touch point with their clients. The direct mail approach allows Harley to cut through the potential clutter of the crowded digital market
